Forest Engagement Session

This engagement session wasn't at a random conservation area we picked off Google. This is the place Bill spent his days wandering, exploring, building forts and probably coming home covered in dirt and stories. This is where Bill grew up and it was an absolutely amazing location and perfect for their engagement shoot. She got to see the trails he ran as a kid. The spots he probably sat and thought about life long beofre she was a part of it. And now here they were, walking those same paths together, laughing and wrapped up in each other.
As photographers, we're invited into people's lives in really meaningful ways. I loved being invited onto his family's property that holds childhood memories. A real place tied to them. Honestly, I would love if every engagement session came with this kind of history!
