Portrait sessions are available Monday to Friday. When it comes to outdoor sessions, I always aim to shoot during the last two hours of daylight—this is when the sun is perfectly positioned in the sky, creating that beautiful, warm, sun-kissed glow that elevates your photos. This "golden hour" lighting adds a soft, natural radiance and avoids the harsh shadows and overly bright, neon-like effects that can occur when shooting in the middle of the day. For in-home or studio sessions, timing is more flexible, as the controlled environment allows us to shoot at any time of day with optimal results. This flexibility ensures we can capture your portraits in the most flattering and natural light, no matter the setting.

Im a mix of intimate connection and goofy play. I absolutely love capturing intimacy and honesty with bursts of laughter and play. I want to create photos for you that are you, so dont expect much static poses and forced smiles. I want our day together to be effortless and fun. Yes absolutely. This is definitely encouraged, I think your photos should live in picture frames on your nightstand and adorn your walls. I recommend printing through a professional lab for best resuts (Pikto is local in Canada as is Posterjack - they are both great quality) I recommend turning off "auto enchance" as your images are already enchanced for printing.

Yes! All of them actually. I offer both colour and black and white, in both print and social media versions for optimal posting quality.

That usually depends on the type of session as well as any travel involved with locations. I usually recommend setting aside 1.5 - 2 hours for our session. I love to take the time to connect with you during the shoot and there is nothing worse than being in a hurry.

I think all parents worry about this, I know I do whenever I have my family photographed! The great thing about my style of photography is that it takes place outside where they can run around to their heart’s delight! I’ve experienced many different types of children, and I pride myself on getting the best out of each different personality, but if your little one decides to throw a mega wobbly half way through the session, it’s no problem. I’ll just start shooting again once they’ve cheered up!
